Description: Every semi-private personal training session will last for 30 min. Session sizes will be limited to 3 participants. During these training sessions our experienced fitness staff will coach and safely progress every client through the Empower 3 ESP Strength, and MDT Cardio Training Platforms. Every week, these “periodized” training programs will provide new physical challenges as we empower and push each client to live stronger and healthier lives. These workouts are appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels.

Description: Every “Empower Hour; Boot Camp” session will last for 1 hour. Session sizes may vary (see boot camps offered for details). These empowering group training sessions will utilize functional and dynamic exercises to target the legs, upper body and core of each participant. Boot camp sessions will follow a “station” format and every exercise will be completed for time. Boot camp is appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels.

1 on 1 Personal Training: 50 min or 30 min

Price: 50 min = $60/session, 30 min = $35/session

    (clients may purchase 4,8, or 12 sessions/month)

Private personal training sessions will be tailored by a member of our fitness staff in order to meet the specific needs of the individual client. 1 on 1 personal training sessions are appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels.
