Chez Armenta is the owner of Forged Fitness Personal Training. Chez obtained his Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Arizona State University with a focus in motor development and biomechanics. He has been a certified American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) trainer for over 4 years now with several advanced certifications including one in corrective exercise from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as an Olympic weightlifting certification from USAW. The goal of Forged Fitness PT is to help people change their lives and obtain their total health goals or fitness objectives through hard work, exercise and proper diet while helping to create a stronger, healthier and more indestructible version of their former selves. Chez has trained all types of clients from weight loss and transformation to bodybuilders and young aspiring athletes.
